  1. I have witnessed earthquakes in India. In the last 2 events, in Bhuj & Lathur before all the construction fell apart like a pack of cards. You are telling the rest of the Indians that you have gravity fed systems. For gravity feed, the tank has to be above & the reactors at lower height. Your civil construction holding the water tank will fall apart like a pack of cards. Please note the building code in Japan has a default earthquake proof 4.5 Reichter scale. You must be kidding. I am amazed that Indian authorities are thinking what is good for their grandshildren. Am I dreaming?
